Upon receipt of your order, you will be prompted to start using purchased tour immediately. Purchased tour will appear in your account.
In case you are unable to enter your account or find purchased tour, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the tour you purchased will be considered received and delivered to you.
