Historical and geographical reference

St. Thomas's Church was most likely built in the 14th century as evidenced by the frescoes that were discovered during the restoration of the building. The church, however, repeatedly underwent architectural changes. The last major renovation dates back to 1848.

The church is located on a small hill in front of Mount Grintovec.

photography recommendations
It’s best to photograph St. Thomas's Church with the photo lens. The miniature church against the backdrop of a huge mountain looks very impressive.
